Membership Information

Membership in the AZHCC is open to all business persons who are committed to living the principles and values of the purpose and vision of the organization.

•  Annual Individual Membership..........$140.00
•  Annual Corporate Membership.........$240.00(allows 2 or more representatives of the same company to attend AZHCC events at member pricing) 
• Annual Student Membership...............$70.00(applies to those currently enrolled in an educational program)

Responsibilities of Members

• Willingness to participate in creating a holistic community presence
• Willingness to contribute ideas and opinions as the AZHCC structure is developed and refined
• Service on AZHCC Boards and Committees
• Participation in AZHCC events and activities whenever possible
• Participation in the Speakers Bureau by those members who wish to educate the community about holistic services and our holistic community
• Commitment to the values of the AZHCC Payment of membership dues

How to Join

Click here to use our online application. Our online application process uses 128 bit encryption via the PayPal payment system. After you have filled out the application and paid via credity card, your application will be reviewed and you will contacted via email to let you know that your membership has been approved and your online listed is now active.

If you do not choose to use our online application and payment system, you will need to call our office at 480-512-2451 to arrange membership submittal and payment information. Payments made by check are to be sent to:

All applications for membership will be reviewed and the AZHCC reserves the right to refuse or revoke any membership.

New! AZHCC New Spirit of Business Radio Show

A New Spirit of Business will air Fridays at 2:00 pm on AchieveRadio.com. As a member, you are invited to participate in this new show which will showcase you and your business! As a member, you will be able to go on the show and talk about what's happening in your field of work, educate the public about your services and productes, and demonstrate what it means to do business holistically.
