members of the same organization or company are $85! If registering
multiple members, please call 480-512-2451.
1. Write a brief description for your listing (up to
30 words).
2. Choose at least 1 Listing Category. You can see
the full list by
clicking
here. If you do not see an appropriate category, please
choose OTHER.
3. Choose up to 2 Additional Categories for your listing.
These are optional.
4. SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION - After clicking the
JOIN US button, please do not go back to revise your application.
Once your application is reviewed and made active (please
allow at least 48 hours), you will be able to login to change
your listing information.
5. PAYMENT INFORMATION - You must choose to Pay by
Credit Card Via Paypal or by Check.
6. There is a no refund policy in effect for memberships.
7. The information you enter in this form will be used
to create your PUBLISHED Member Directory listing.
