MAY 15th LUNCHEON
THE FIVE ASPECTS OF SELF
Our May luncheon guest speaker is Ina Mlekush, who will teach us about the "The Five Aspects of Self - Accessing Holism". With Ina, we'll explore the true nature of holism in relationships, work and life. What is the secret to success? As a holistic businessperson, do you know how to manifest your vision into reality? What does it really mean to do business holistically, or to live holistically, for that matter? We often hear holism described as "Mind, Body, Spirit", but what if we are missing something in this formula essential in our ability to manifest our dreams?

Come hear Ina "Laughing Winds" Mlekush share her teachings. Find out what the missing pieces are, and what may be stopping you from achieving your heart's desire.
Ina is a Marriage, Family, and Child Counselor, and holds an M.A. in Transpersonal Psychology. She is a Metaphysical Minister, and a Hypnotherapist. In 1981 she apprenticed to the Sweet Medicine Sundance Path of the Twisted Hairs Tradition. This path represents an extensive body of knowledge that has evolved through thousands of years of Shamanic teaching and oral history. She is certified by the American Association of Sexual Educators, Counselors and Therapist, and has a private practice in Desert Hills focusing on the Female and Male balance within self and in traditional and non-traditional relationships.

PLEASE NOTE OUR VENUE CHANGE:  Our new meeting place is at the Starfire Golf Club at 11500 N. Hayden, just north of Shea at Hayden and Cholla. IN CASE YOU IN MISSED THE APRIL LUNCHEON!
Arnie Fonseca...
Our April speaker, spoke on the provocative subject of being willing to "Take Risks to Achieve Your Dream." Arnie is the founder of multiple businesses, including The Neuro Institute and The Next Step Foundation. He is a Triathelete and Exercise Physiologist who works with his clients in a way that emphasizes the importance of doing what you love and loving what you do as your life's work. (In the 60's the phrase was "Follow your bliss".) One of Arnie's current clients is Darol Kubacz, a paraplegic training to be the first to climb Mt.  Kilimanjaro unassisted.  At the Neuro Institute, the philosophy is that "healing not only nurtures the body, but also soothes the soul."
Green Tip of the Month
Pam Fox, of Equitable Sotheby's International Realty

If you eat seafood, choose it wisely. Did you know more than 75 percent of the world's fisheries are fully fished or overfished? About 30 million tons of fish, sea turtles, sharks, and seabirds die each year as "bycatch"-animals caught accidentally and discarded, dead or dying. Fish are being caught before they have a chance to reproduce. Bottom trawlers and dredges destroy life and habitat on the seafloor. These and other commercial fishery practices are truly changing our oceans.

You can help the world's oceans - it's as easy as making wise choices when you buy seafood. Get a free consumer guide and learn all about sustainable seafood from the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch Program. The guide, which is updated frequently, is the result of years of research compiled by the aquarium and other conservation organizations, including the Seafood Choices Alliance. The guide is now available online for cell phones and other mobile devices.

In addition to making wise choices, learn more about the issues from the Ocean Project, the National Coalition for Marine Conservation, the Marine Fish Conservation Network, and the NOAA's National Marine Fisheries Service.

Thank you to www.nationalzoo.si.edu/Publications/GreenTeam/ for this month's tip. If you would like to contribute a Green Tip of the Month, we will post it on our website with your name and company link.
